Exclusively senior citizens do the mediation within Dialogue with Time. They work as tour guides and facilitators to stimulate the discussion and give explanations.

All seniors can present their capabilities and share their expertise in the entire spectrum of aging. All guides are 70 years old and above. Through training and assessments they are prepared carefully to interact with the public and lead the inter-generational dialogue.
